Writing

I like writing about things not of this world, that are somehow more true to this world than anything else. Short fiction, spoken word, and writing for performance speak to me the most, but anything is up for grabs. I like the mythical and the weird, the beauty in the scariest and darkest places. Lonely robots, hidden forests, zombie road trips, and talking cows. I like building worlds that take on a life of their own.

Arts and Culture

I have worked in arts administration for over 15 years, developing and executing high-quality
programs and events that celebrate diverse cultural communities. I believe in utilizing public programs as a catalyst for fostering human connections that build a stronger cultural ecosystem and increase inclusivity and accessibility to resources, engaged learning, and meaningful shared experiences. I am passionate about preserving and illuminating LA’s spaces and culture, and offering places for people to connect and discover something about others or themselves.

Project Management

I have experience working in large corporations, small non-profits, civic spaces, community organizations, and independent productions and projects. I’ve worked with all kinds of (lovely and/or difficult) artists, creatives, vendors, clients, customers, and working teams. I am able to work with limited resources, small budgets, enacting innovative solutions, all with gusto.
